Contactless dine-in is more than just a “nice to have” in the COVID-era. In many cases, it's key to a restaurants’ survival. Sixdots focuses on a seamless & contactless dine-in experience that’s simpler for the user and free for restaurants and bars to use. We worked on a consumer-facing mobile app and a merchant back-of-house solution.
Specifically, I worked on our branding, UX flow, wireframing, icon illustration, and hi-fi design.
Creating a contactless dine-in app worthy of Michelin star clients with a 3 month turn around.
Why so quickly? The original solution was sold as a partnership with a Miami-based ordering app. We had promised clients and customers certain features that our partner wasn’t able to accommodate at scale. So, we were left with the obligation to build a solution that delivered on our client promises in our agreed-upon timeline.
Sixdots has been implemented in over 30 restaurants across the US, from Michelin Star to mom and pop, with over 20k orders placed since launching in December 2021.
